Announcement

Dear Knights Landing Resident,
To better serve you, we are pleased to announce that we will be upgrading our utility billing software used to service the customers of Knights Landing Community Service District, CA You will recieve your first bill from MuniBilling in Feburary. On your first bill, you will receive information on how to connect to the new customer portal. You will be provided with your new account number, the customer portal URL, and a unique access code to set up your account. If you are currently enrolled in autopay, you must re-enroll on the new portal. Failure to do so before your bill's due date will result in your payment not being processed. Payments can be made by credit/debit card or e-check. Credit cards will charge a 2.99% fee and E-Checks will charge $1.00.
On the customer portal, you will be able to:

  • Make a one-time payment
  • Setup autopay
  • Select your bill delivery method (mail, email or both)
  • Update your contact information
  • Review your bill and payment history

Customer Portal
To create an account, go to the URL https://klcsd.secure.munibilling.com/customers/sign_in and click Create New Account.

  1. Fill in New Customer Account - your Account #, unique access Code and Email address, then click Create Account.
  2. An email will be sent with a link – Click Here to Confirm Account.
  3. From this link, you will be prompted to Confirm My Account by selecting your username and password.
  4. Add the email address noreply@safemaildelivery.net to your email allow list.
